Okay so I missed the Hills last week and just watched it online, and I actually feel a little bad for Heidi. You could see in her face when she was talkng to Jen about LC when they met for Breakfast that she is heartbroken over the fact that they aren't friends and has to pretend that she doesn't care.

1I know I feel the same way I really think she loves Spencer and its up to her to make the decision to break up with him when she's ready she should stand up to Spencer and tell him to stop hating on her friends.

I dont think she felt bad. I think she was lying about Brody spreading rumors about Lauren. Shes just a bad liar.
4she probably did feel a little bad, but mostly because she was thinking about what a brat she was to Lauren and she did'nt actually think she was going to lose a friend. what a ding-dong!!
